Follow these steps to manually latch your device to the network.
iPhone (iOS)
- Go to Settings
- Tap Mobile Data / Cellular
- Select Network Selection
- Turn off Automatic
- From the list, select 9mobile / MTN / MTN NG / MTN4G / 62130
- Restart the phone
Feature Phones (e.g Nokia, basic Tecno, iTel)
- Go to Menu
- Select Settings
- Choose Phone Settings or Network Settings (depending on device)
- Select Network Selection
- Change from Automatic to Manual
- The phone searches for available networks
- From the list, select 9mobile / MTN / MTN NG / MTN4G / 62130
- Restart the phone
Android - HiOS (Tecno, Infinix, iTel)
- Go to Settings
- Tap Network & Internet (or SIM & Network / SIM Card & Mobile Data)
- Select Mobile Network
- Tap Carrier or Network Operators
- Choose Search Networks

- Restart the phone
